Handmade carbon damascus santoku blade measuring 178 mm / 7" and 330 mm / 13" overall. The damascus was folded by Mike Norris of Kentucky. The handle is of stabilized Indian Rosewood with an African Wenge ferule and dyed green Maple spacer. A lightweight knife weighing just 4.8 oz.
Handmade 165mm/6.5" honesuki of carbon damascus steel. The blade has a high contrast in raindrop pattern. The contoured handle is of figured Walnut with a African Wenge ferule and brass spacer. The overall length is 288mm/11.5". 4.8 oz.
Handmade 7" chef's knife of stainless damascus folded in Rose pattern by Vegas Forge out of Nevada. This blade is handled in Paduk which has a wonderfully contrasting reddish grain pattern. The handle features a spacer in green G10 and bolster/pins in nickel silver. It measures 12" overall. 7.0 oz.
Handmade 240 mm/9.5" carbon yanagi-ba of D2 steel. This blade features a urasuki grind. The handle is of Rosewood reclaimed from the Martin Guitar Factory in Pennsylvania with a spacer of Koa. This knife comes with a custom saya of African Wenge with brass pin. The overall length is 394 mm / 15.5". 6.7 oz.
