Handmade 7" chef's knife of stainless damascus in raindrop pattern. This damascus has been folded by Damasteel of Sweden, know for their exceptional steel. The handle is of Ziricote wood and features a bolster and pins of copper. It balance falls at the pinch point. 8.0 oz.
Handmade 7" fully forged chef's knife with forge markings left intact. This Japanese styled profile is handled in paper micarta in black and red with layers revealed on the front and back center of the handle. The handle also features a circular inlay of green resin. This chef's knife measures 12" overall. 6.8 oz.
Handmade 170mm / 5.5" honesuki of fully forged high carbon 1095 steel with a hardness of 60. This blade has been handled in a local Cherry burl sourced from Zack's farm in Albemarle County, VA. It features a black resin spacer and hammered brass detailing.
