Handmade 8.5" Carbon chef of 1095 steel reclaimed from a 1967 Mustang leaf spring. HRC 59. This knife is handled in a black dyed maple burl with bronze bolster and copper pins. This blade features a distal taper, tapered tang and mustard forced patina.
