Handmade 10" stainless bread knife of AEB-L steel. This knife is handled in a buckeye burl in resin featuring a brass bolster and pins. It measures 15" overall. 8.0oz.

Handle is crafted from figured Walnut sourced from an Albemarle County, VA farm once belonging to Peter Jefferson, the father of Thomas Jefferson. The handle features stainless pins. The hardness rates at 62 HRC. Overall length of 14".
Handmade 10" chef's knife of carbon damascus steel by Mike Norris of Kentucky. The pattern here is a custom variation of his famous "Random" pattern. This culinary knife is handled in cherry burl sourced from Zack's farm in Albemarle County, Virginia and stabilized in black resin. The handle features a bolster and pins of nickel silver. Overall length is 15".
