The handle is crafted of Brazilian Rosewood with a Virginia Walnut collar and a spacer made of Zebrawood and hand finished for a super smooth finish. HRC 62. 18˚ edge. Weighs 4.1 oz. Slight variations in forge markings will be evident.

Handle is crafted from figured Walnut sourced from an Albemarle County, VA farm once belonging to Peter Jefferson, the father of Thomas Jefferson. The handle features stainless pins. The hardness rates at 62 HRC. Overall length of 14".
Handmade 10" chef's knife of carbon damascus steel by Mike Norris of Kentucky. The pattern here is a custom variation of his famous "Random" pattern. This culinary knife is handled in cherry burl sourced from Zack's farm in Albemarle County, Virginia and stabilized in black resin. The handle features a bolster and pins of nickel silver. Overall length is 15".
